Some pretty serious assuming you are doing here. Even if they were excessively religious and drove her nuts, she could leave. Teenagers have done that for centuries. Her boyfriend claimed he suggested that, but she wanted them dead. She would have been a psycho no matter her upbringing. The problem isn’t society, homeschooling, or religion.
